Finding the right room.
We ask that you source the venue — and we’re happy to recommend options. The best spaces tick three boxes:
- Centrally located for your audience
- A self-contained function room with minimal outside noise
- Enough seating for your expected turnout
Golf clubs, bowls clubs, sports clubs and RSLs are a great place to start — many offer free hire and benefit from the bar sales. Community halls and clubhouses work well too, with extra fundraising through food and drink.
