Comedy For A Cause presents a showcase of some of the best comedians from the Sydney and Melbourne International Comedy Festival in support of Empower Projects.
We enable rural communities in Malawi and Sri Lanka to improve their capacity for self-reliance across the 5-year partnerships. We achieve this through a two-pronged approach that involves:
- Facilitating the establishment of community cooperatives to improve local livelihoods.
- Enabling schools to be self-sufficient hubs across core areas of development such as food, energy, water, and sanitation.

Adult General Admission: $60 (light refreshments being provided)
Tickets are not allocated – so first in, best dressed.
